Government of Singapore Privacy Statement

  1. This is a Government of Singapore digital service.

  7. In this Privacy Statement:

    1. "Government Agency" means any department, ministry or Organ of State of the Government or any Statutory Board;

    2. "Non-Government Entity" means any person other than a Government Agency;

    3. "personal data" has the meaning set out in the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, as amended or revised from time to time; and

    4. "Statutory Board" means a body corporate established by or under written law to perform or discharge any public function under the supervisory charge of a department, ministry or Organ of State of the Government.
