Find the Data Sets required for eGuarantee transactions by Participating Beneficiaries and Financial Institutions.

Introduction to Data Sets

With the standardisation of eGuarantee templates, Participating Beneficiaries and Financial Institutions only need to send the Data Sets via Customs eServices to transmit key information required to issue eGuarantees. All Data Sets are to be sent in CSV format. Each CSV should only contain the data for a single eGuarantee, except for MOM Migrant Worker Bond use cases (MOM_SB and MOM_SB_MW).

Data Sets for Financial Institutions

Data Sets to be prepared and uploaded by Participating Financial Institutions where applicable

Data Set	Purpose
Issuance and Amendment Data Set	Issue a new eGuarantee or amend existing eGuarantee details. Please see link (opens in new tab) for Data Set.
Issuance and Amendment Data Set for GOV_UT	Issue a new eGuarantee or amend existing eGuarantee details under GOV_UT, as requested by applicant. This requires the relevant Purpose of Guarantee text used by Beneficiaries (link). Please see link (opens in new tab) for Data Set.
Non-extension Data Set	Communicate intent not to extend the guarantee further. This is applicable for Guarantee Templates GOV_POC_NFD or LTA_SWA as they have automatic extension clauses. Please see link (opens in new tab) for Data Set.

This requires the relevant Purpose of Guarantee text used by Beneficiaries (link).

Non-extension Data Set

Data Sets for Beneficiaries

Data Sets to be prepared and uploaded by Participating Beneficiaries where applicable

Data Set	Purpose
Rejection Data Set	Reject the issuance of a new eGuarantee or amended eGuarantee issued by Financial Institution. Please see link (opens in new tab) for Data Set.
Claims Data Set	Make claim on an eGuarantee in force. Please see link (opens in new tab) for Data Set.
Early Discharge Data Set	Discharge an eGuarantee prior to its claim expiry date. Please see link (opens in new tab) for Data Set.
Final extension Data Set	Extend eGuarantee validity for a further final period upon receipt of a Non-extension Data Set from Financial Institutions. Please see link (opens in new tab) for Data Set.
