Introduction to Notice Texts
These texts are used to formally communicate the status of, or changes to an eGuarantee.
Types of Notice Texts
Select the appropriate notice text from the table below based on the Data Set you are working with.
Important: The Non-Extension Notice Text and Final Extension Notice Text apply only to eGuarantees with an automatic extension clause.

1 | Rejection | All Participating Beneficiaries for rejecting issuance or amendment data sets. | |
2 | Early Discharge | All Participating Beneficiaries to discharge an eGuarantee prior to its claim expiry date. | |
3 | Claim | All Participating Beneficiaries to make a claim on an eGuarantee in force. | |
4 | Non-extension | All Participating Financial Institutions to communicate intent not to extend the guarantee further. | |
5 | Final extension | All Participating Beneficiaries to extend the validity of the eGuarantee for a further period upon receipt of a Non-extension data set from Participating Financial Institutions. |
